NEIL R. LAPINSKI is a Director in the Wilmington law firm of Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, P.A.  He is a graduate of Brown University and American University Washington College of Law.  He received an L.L.M. in Taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law and is a member of the Bars of Delaware and the District of Columbia.

Mr. Lapinski’s practice is focused on commercial and fiduciary litigation.  He recently acted as local special litigation counsel to the debtors in the Washington Mutual bankruptcy.  Mr. Lapinski appears frequently in the Court of Chancery and has been lead counsel in multiple jury trials throughout Delaware, including in the United States District Court, and Superior Court in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties.  He represents clients in complex issues involving fiduciary litigation, commercial and contract litigation, tax disputes, and adversary actions related to Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. 

In 2010, Mr. Lapinski was certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.  In 2011, he was certified by the Middle Market Investment Banking Association as Chartered Merger and Acquisition Professional (CMAP).
