Peter Gordon and Daniel Hayward Seminar on the Significance of the Peierls Decisions

Peter S. Gordon and Daniel F. Hayward, faculty members and Fellows of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, will participate in an audio webcast / telephone seminar on February 25, 2014 for the American Law Institute (ALI) Continuing Legal Education Group.

The seminar "Peierls of Wisdom: What the Peierls Cases Mean for Trust Fiduciaries and Their Advisors" will focus on the Peierls cases and the migration of trusts to, and the administration of trusts in, Delaware. Learn the significance of the Peierls decisions from Peter S. Gordon and Daniel Hayward, the attorneys who represented the Peierls family in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Supreme Court.
