Chief Justice E. Norman Veasey Writes Article for The Business Lawyer

The American Bar Association’s Business Law Section published their winter issue of The Business Lawyer, Volume 75, in January. Chief Justice Veasey authored an article in the winter issue titled "Protection of Client Confidential Information from Cyberattacks Is a Compelling Business and Ethical Priority for Inside and Outside Corporate Counsel."

Apart from mentioning "some of the criminal tactics that have resulted in horror stories of cyberattacks," the article intends to explain the importance of "the ethical responsibility of individual lawyers and firm leaders" to protect the confidentiality of their clients.
