GF&M Director Jeffrey Simpson Quoted in Captive Insurance Times

Jeffrey Simpson, a Director at Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, P.A., was interviewed for an article in the August 21st 2013 issue of Captive Insurance Times titled, "Growing gains. Has Delaware managed to achieve its goal of becoming a leading captive location?"

In the article written by Jenna Jones, Simpson is featured as an industry expert on the status of Delaware as a leading state for captive entities. Among many insightful comments, Simpson states, "... anyone considering forming a captive should consider Delaware because of [its] cutting edge stature, accommodation and consultive regulators and deeply entrenched transactional infrastructure." Simpson also notes that the State of Delaware is an easy place to implement and operate "sophisticated transactional structures."
