Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella Attorneys Present During the 13th Annual Delaware Trust Conference

The 13^th Annual Trust Conference took place on October 23^rd and 24^th, 2018.  Three attorneys from GF&M presented at the 2018 Delaware Trust Conference.  Dan Hayward was one of the presenters on a panel that discussed the factors that make the United States and, in particular, the State of Delaware, highly attractive to international clients for trust planning purposes.  The panel discussed privacy/confidentiality issues, tax planning opportunities, and unique aspects of Delaware trust law.  Peter Gordon and Bill Kelleher portrayed the parts of two attorneys during a mock trial presentation.  Ethical issues on a trustee’s motion to resign, to collect litigation legal fees and expenses, and to receive instructions from the court were reviewed during the mock trial.
