New York, Dec. 3, 2015—Former Delaware Chief Justice E. Norman Veasey was inducted into the Directorship Corporate Governance Hall of Fame of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). The induction took place at a formal ceremony on December 2, 2015, in New York. According to Ken Daly, CEO of NACD, “The Hall of Fame is comprised of individuals whose career achievements have left an indelible impression on the boardroom community.”
Tom Mammarella attended the Fall LawPact conference in Denver on Oct. 14-16, 2015. In attendance were representatives from member firms located in 23 states, Canada, Mexico, India and 6 countries in South America and Europe.
