Diamond and Hayward Scheduled to Lead Discussions at 2013 Trust Conference

David Diamond and Dan Hayward, both representatives of Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, are scheduled to speak at the 2013 Delaware Trust Conference on October 1st and 2nd, 2013. Mr. Diamond will be moderating a discussion titled "Due Diligence", while Mr. Hayward will be a panelist discussing the topic of "Trust Migration".

The panel discussion on Due Diligence begins at 10:20 on October 1. Mr. Diamond will moderate a discussion covering the potential tension between the banking industry and the legal community, and the panel will discuss "know your client" practices from the perspective of attorneys, trust officers, and regulators.

Mr. Hayward will take part in the panel discussion on Trust Migration starting at 4:00 on October 1. Per the conference's website, this discussion will serve as an "analysis of the various means of moving a trust between jurisdictions" among other related topics. The conference, themed a conversation about the benefits and advantages of Delaware trusts, will provide "Delaware Exclusive" information from over 50 renowned trust, legal, and accounting experts. Both Mr. Diamond and Mr. Hayward, established voices in the fields of Trusts and Estate Planning, will lend their experience and expertise to each respective panel discussions.
