Gordon Speaks in Arizona on Delaware Trusts

Peter S. Gordon, a Founding Director at Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, P.A., spoke at the American Bankers Association Wealth Management and Trust Conference on May 5, 2016.

The conference was held at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, Arizona and was attended by senior executive leadership from many of the top trust companies in the United States.

Mr. Gordon’s talk, “Why is everyone talking About Delaware Trusts?” provided a thorough discussion of the advantages of Delaware Trusts and included a discussion of premortem validation and silent trusts.
