Charles P. O'Brien
CHARLES P. O’BRIEN is a Director at the Wilmington law firm of Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, P.A. Chip’s practice encompasses both residential and complex commercial real estate transactions, including purchases and sales, leasing, finance transactions and land development and use approvals. He represents financial institutions involving commercial mortgage loans and asset-based lending. Chip also regularly issues legal opinions on a wide range of matters involving Delaware entities.
Chip received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware, majoring in both finance and operational management. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law, where he was a member of the Justinian Honorary Law Society. Chip served as law clerk to the Honorable William L. Witham, Jr. of the Delaware Superior Court following graduation from Syracuse.
