On November 8, 2019, Daniel Hayward will present at the 2019 Estate Law Institute hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (“PBI”).

On October 17, 2019 Daniel Hayward presented at the South Dakota Trust Association Fall Forum on a panel titled "Jurisdiction Showdown."

Daniel provided jurisdictional information and strategies on how to take advantage of Delaware's state laws which provide estate planning opportunities.  This was the South Dakota Trust Association's third annual Fall Forum.

Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, P.A. is pleased to announce that Joe Bosik IV and Rob Harra III have been accepted into the inaugural class of the Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute (“MAFI”). MAFI is the third Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (“ACTEC”). The Institutes were formed to identify and develop future ACTEC Fellows through a series of in-depth presentations given by current ACTEC Fellows and other experts in each field. The MAFI inaugural class will attend their first session in September. Congratulations, Joe and Rob!

Clemson was admitted to the Delaware Bar on December 13, 2018.  Chris obtained his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law, graduating cum laude with a certificate in Business Law.  He is pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation and an Estate Planning Certificate from Temple University Beasley School of Law.

Rob Harra III and Bill Kelleher attended Geneva Group International’s (“GGI”) world conference on October 18-21, 2018.  The conference took place in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  GGI is a worldwide alliance of well-established and experienced accounting, consulting and law firms.  During the conference, Bill spoke to the GGI Litigation Practice Group and gave a presentation titled “The Unique History and Purpose of Common Law Courts of Equity."

The 13th Annual Trust Conference took place on October 23rd and 24th, 2018.  Three attorneys from GF&M presented at the 2018 Delaware Trust Conference.  Dan Hayward was one of the presenters on a panel that discussed the factors that make the United States and, in particular, the State of Delaware, highly attractive to international clients for trust planning purposes.  The panel discussed privacy/confidentiality issues, tax planning opportunities, and unique aspects of Delaware trust law.  Peter Gordon and Bill Kelleher portrayed the parts of two attorn
